Mendocino in October&#8221; Watercolor painting by Mariko Irie<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This scene is by the Mendocino Bay in October.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">After rain, suddenly the ground got fresh green.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Clouds are flying, the sea is dazzling in the sunshine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">What a cheerful sunny day!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In Japan, there is no dry season. All year they have rainy days. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In winter, it is cold and the scenery is brown and gray. The colors are just like in summer in Mendocino California.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">After I moved to Mendocino\u00c2\u00a0from Tokyo, every summer I felt colors of scenes are so odd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Now I got to used.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I showed this painting to my friend who lives in Tokyo, said, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153The spring is peeking\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Now it is in spring.
