How are you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At first I felt a shock  from \u00e2\u20ac\u0153ordered residents to Shelter-in-Place\u00e2\u20ac\u009d on March 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At that time, in Sonoma County there were only three COVID-19 cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I went to grocery shopping when the Trader Joe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s opens in the morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The News mentioned \u00e2\u20ac\u0153First in the morning is the cleanest inside of the market.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was a long waiting line to get inside of the store. They limited 10 customers a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I finished shopping, the waiting line outside was shrank to only three people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I told myself, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Next time I come to shopping one hour after they open\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All facilities are closed, so we can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t play ping pong. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We did cycling. Much less cars on roads \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We saw many people enjoying cycling, hiking, walking with family and friends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a beautiful scenery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have heard \u00e2\u20ac\u0153 We have to ready for the upheaval.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe this is the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Isolate from everything means by proceeding without being disturbed by the noise and negative voices around us and listen to and follow our inner voice while maintaining a positive outlook for the future, we will naturally be able to solve our problems and live freely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This change will require more effort, but we understand the benefits of this change and can take action on our own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we strive to balance material hope with the connection with our inner voice , we can proceed without hesitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And we are urging ourselves to be positive and optimistic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follower our inner voices we hear when we are positive, as they will be communicated through our intuition and ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be close to the changes that are so important to our life that we are approaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we have our own beliefs, we will not lose our way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let go of those that no longer have a positive effect on us and replace them with better new ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be confident that we are moving in a happy direction and enjoy our daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I’m not the only one<\/p>\n\n\n\n
