The waves coming and going is the best background music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It soothes my mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As I walk breathing slowly, deeply, every time I exhale the tension leaves my body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Body is getting lighter.
