Precious Light\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oil painting on 6\u201d X 12\u201d Gessoed panel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By Mariko Irie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This location is Napa-Sonoma Marshes, CA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday I painted \u201c1221. Barn at Napa-Sonoma Marshes\u201d there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During painting, I found the traffic noise is much quieter, just crossed the railroad track and got lower than Ramal Rd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When I got there, there were dark clouds and nice warm light peeking between the clouds and far away mountains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I knew it would be sunny soon, so that kind of light wouldn\u2019t last long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soon white clouds appeared here and there, and the warm light was fading but still there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mariko-irie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/1222.-Precious-Light_blog.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.mariko-irie.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/1222.-Precious-Light_blog.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1270\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mariko-irie.com\/preciouslight.html\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/\/www.mariko-irie.com\/preciouslight.html\">\u201c1222.
